Lots of Lichens

#1

Post by tapinela » February 27th, 2019, 9:57 am

while we didn't spot a single fungi yesterday, we did see lots of lichens,
especially on the branches of some oaks that had recently been cut down,
keres just a selection of them from yesterday, i can only put a name to one of them though,
and thats the yellow Xanthoria parietina :)

the yellow one, Xanthoria parietina, is common place in the hedges here nowadays,
i cant help with the ids of the others though, as i find these every bit as confusing as i do the fungi
