late bloomers

heres a couple of late flowering plants from today, not much in the way of flowers to see,
but a few brambles still sporting the odd flower

and of course, Herb Robert, which never seems to stop flowering :)

there always seems to be a few brambles that flower late on in the year, ni idea why, as there is little chance of any fruit forming i fear.

no surprise in seeing the Dead Nettles still flowering, as i often see them even later than this :)

and another late one, Common Hogweed, Heracleum sphondylium
most of the ones seen today were just seed heads, but this one was still in flower,
